Jubal Harpster is a co-founder and Principal of Spatial Development International, LLC (SpatialDev). An accomplished Technologist, he specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), application development, database design and development, and spatial solutions architecture. Mr. Harpster participates in a number of local, national and international groups promoting the use and development of open data and open source solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in geospatial technology, he serves as senior advisor on projects, often traveling to meet with users, stakeholders, product owners, and local organizers to assess needs, gather requirements, and document workflows.
